Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Losers Queue Checker (the “Service”), available at losersqueue.eu. By accessing or using the Service — including by signing in with Riot Sign-On — you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. The Service

Losers Queue Checker is a free, informational tool that analyses recent League of Legends ranked matches and presents an estimate of whether matchmaking patterns may be working against a player. It is an independent hobby project and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Riot Games, Inc.

2. “As is” and accuracy of results

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. The concept of a “losers queue” is speculative: results are an interpretation of publicly available statistics and are provided for entertainment and informational purposes only. They are not a statement of fact about Riot’s matchmaking, are not guaranteed to be accurate or complete, and should not be relied upon for any important decision.

3. Riot Sign-On and your account

When you sign in with Riot Sign-On (RSO), you agree that:

You are the rightful owner of the Riot account you use to sign in.
Your use of your Riot account and of Riot Sign-On is also governed by Riot Games’ own Terms of Service.
You may revoke the Service’s access to your Riot account at any time through your Riot account settings.

4. Acceptable use

When using the Service, you agree not to:

Use the Service in any way that violates Riot Games’ Terms of Service or applicable law.
Attempt to disrupt, overload, scrape at scale, or bypass the rate limits or security of the Service.
Access accounts or data you are not authorised to access.
Use the Service to harass, defame, or harm other players.
Reproduce, resell, or commercially exploit the Service without permission.

5. Intellectual property

League of Legends and Riot Games are trademarks or registered trademarks of Riot Games, Inc. Game data is retrieved through the Riot Games API and remains the property of Riot Games and its licensors. The Losers Queue Checker name, logo, and original site content belong to the operator of the Service.

6. Availability

The Service is a hobby project offered without any guarantee of uptime, availability, or continued operation. We may modify, suspend, rate-limit, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without notice.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator of the Service shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss arising from your use of — or inability to use — the Service, including any reliance placed on its results. The Service is provided free of charge and on a best-effort basis.

8. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains what data we access and how we handle it.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
